1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KivanaCare website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing through Pesapal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Digital products and opened personal care items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product formulations are the intellectual property of KivanaCare and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KivanaCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
